passed Azure 303 Exam 3 days ago, until now not generate the certification.

Hi Team,

I attended Azure 303 Exam on Feb 7th, and passed it. But until now, not yet receive the certification.
Also I checked on my dashboard, no record for Azure 303. Please help on it.

My registration id is : 390525309
