Video controller windows 8.1 driver problem

Question

I can't find driver for Toshiba satelitte c-650 c-15 intel chipset 4 series Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A43&SUBSYS_FDE01179&REV_07\3&33fd14ca&0&1 and windows update downloa, but won't  install "code 80070002".  I'm runing Windows 8.1 Pro

Please help

Method 2: Try to Disable Anti-Virus Program as below.

Thank you for help, but that don't work either. I still looking for some ideas what to do.
