nokia modem often disconnected

I using my handphone nokia asha to connecting to the internet but sometimes i lost my connection and it should be disconnect, but the nokia pc suite still connected that mean the handphone still connected with my notebook

can give me a solution

the connection became disconnect at my notebook not my phone

my phone can still connected with internet

like the notebook disconneting it

my notebook is asus S451LB

issues? i think not

i already reinstalling the nokia pc suite or cable connectivity driver but still doesnt happen

if i count it maybe 6-11 minutes vulnerable time to disconnect since i connect to the internet

Based on your reply, I understand that the network connection disconnects when you disconnect the phone from the computer, correct me if I am wrong.

This issue seems to be specific with the Nokia PC suite, as you have already tried uninstall and reinstall the Nokia PC suite and checked the cable connectivity.

2. What is the make and model of the computer?
3. Do you have issues disconnecting the phone from computer using Nokia PC suite?
