Follow the steps and check,
Method 1: I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the camera drivers from Device Manager and check,
a) Press Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc.
b) Expand the camera, click on the drivers.
c) Click on properties, click on uninstall tab.
d) Click OK.
Note: Download the latest camera drivers from the Manufacturer’s website and save it on to the Laptop.
