As you have mentioned that after refreshing your computer it worked fine till you installed recent updates, then it might be an issue with an update. To confirm that, I would like to see the screenshot of the Update History, so that we work on this issue and help you further.
Just Provide Screenshot of Update History on your Computer.
- Press Windows + X keys and click on Program and Features.
- Click on View Installed Updates, now you will be able to see the Update History.
