High Contrast Mode with Solid Color Background

If I use any form of show desktop (Windows Key + D, alt + tab, show desktop at bottom right corner) the desktop background gets much brighter than it should. However, if I just minimize out of windows then it will be the color I want. First picture is how I want it always, second picture is what happens when I show the desktop. Thanks. Also it looks funny because I am using print screen with two 1080p monitors.

I've figured it was because I had a program called "UxStyle" installed (it allows me to use themes made by artists such as on DeviantArt), and I uninstalled and restarted my PC which fixed it. It was a "possibly bugged" version and apparently I have found a bug.

Edit: Actually nevermind, I think it is a problem when you switch between an Aero theme and a High-Contrast theme. I will do more research, but I think you have to restart the PC with a High-Contrast theme to fix it and make it not happen any more.
