- Is the issue confined to particular theme or with all the themes?
- Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
Method 1: I suggest you to install latest Windows Updates including optional updates and check if that helps.

If the issue persist, proceed to method 2
Method 2: This issue could be with a particular theme hence I suggest you to change the theme and check if the issue persist follow below methods and check if it helps.
Follow below steps to change the theme
- Right-click on your desktop and select "Personalize”.
- Click the theme desired and your theme is displayed.
If issue persist go ahead and follow the suggestion from Method 3.
Method 3: This issue could occur if the display driver is not up to date,****I would suggest you to visit Computer manufacturer’s website and install the latest display drivers.
