My computer is completely bugging out

When I turn on my PC it has my usual lock screen with the picture and my wifi, but as soon as I log in I get one big black screen. My mouse usually shows up but nothing more, then I found out if I waited long enough that Pro PC Cleaner would come up and do a scan. It gave me a lot of issues but since I didn't have it, there was nothing I could do. Then when I clicked register it opened up a internet tab but it says could not display each time and when I diagnose it, everytime it says the remote device or resource won't accept the connection. I know my wifi works, yet evrytime I log into my computer it says it is connected. I wish I could buy the Pro PC Cleaner but I can't access the internet to do so, can anybody help?

    What is your operating system?

PC Pro Cleaner is your malware problem - why do you want to buy it?

Have you sought assistance from your antimalware provider (Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, etc.)?

You posted in the Microsoft Safety Scanner forum.  Did the Safety Scanner identify any malware issues when you ran it?

Read and follow this free removal guide very carefully – if step 1 will not help then move on to the remaining steps ( scan with AdwCleaner and then with Malwarebytes): http://malwaretips.com/blogs/pro-pc-cleaner-removal/   Use Hitman Pro (trial version) if necessary.

You may need to boot up the computer in Safe Mode with Networking and follow the Malwaretips directions in Safe Mode.

    Good luck…
