Thank you for letting us know the status of the issue. I appreciate for the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far. I am Glad to know that you are not getting BSOD errors now. As far as the Bluetooth drivers issue is concerned, I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.
Method 1: Restart the Bluetooth service and check if it solves the issue.
a.Press Windows + R, type services.msc and press Enter.
b. Double-click Bluetooth Support Services.
c. Set its Startup type to Manual.
d. Click OK.
After trying method 1, check if the issue still persists. If yes, please follow method 2.
Method 2: Change Bluetooth settings from Control Panel.
I suggest you to try the following steps.
a. Press Windows + X key.
b. In the Control Panel search box, type Bluetooth, and then click Change Bluetooth settings.
c. In the Bluetooth Settings dialog box, click the Options tab and do any of the following:
To make your computer discoverable to Bluetooth enabled devices, select the check box for Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer.
To allow you to add Bluetooth enabled devices to your computer, select the check box for Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer.
To be notified when a Bluetooth enabled device is trying to connect to your computer, select the check box for Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect.
