Temporary File
I have a temporary file on my PC that McAfee total protection, Disk cleanup cannot remove.
The file name is 682B3199-76C3-4745-B7AE-FC13F6676421}
Please tell me any information you have about this issue, and how to remove it. I think its malware.

- Did you try to delete the temporary file manually?
- If you done that what was the error message you got it please lets know
I would suggest you to try taking the ownership of this folder” 682B3199-76C3-4745-B7AE-FC13F6676421”and then try deleting it. To take the ownership of the folder, and I suggest you to go try this steps given below
- Press “Windows Logo” + “Q” keys on the keyboard and type “cmd” in the search box.
- Right click on the “Command Prompt” icon from the search results and select “Run as administrator”.
- At the command prompt, type the following command and then press ENTER:
- ***Take own /F C:\Windows\Temp***682B3199-76C3-4745-B7AE-FC13F6676421
- You should be seeing the message that you are the current owner of this folder.
- You can type “Exit” and press “Enter” to close the Command Prompt window.
- You may now navigate to the temp folder and then try deleting the “e43ae253-9bee-4aa0-abd0-50bbae1ab22” folder there and let’s know the result.
