Problemas de ingreso a exchange online web

Buenas tardes, la mayoría de mis usuarios de mi organización presentan fallas al ingreso del correo electrónico en la WEb , ddde que manera puedo corregirlo ?

    que URL estas utilizando para conectarse?

    https://outlook.office.com ?

    He encontrado esto que se parece mucho a tu problema:

    https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2272620-weird-redirect-error-in-chrome-when-loading-https-outlook-office-com

    El problema deberia ser muy temporal y arreglarse solo.

    @Paola Andrea Ramirez Suaza , The reply URL in the request is https://webdir0b.online.lync.com/Autodiscover/XFrame/XFrame.html which does not match with any reply url registered in the app. Make sure you have https://*.online.Lync.com/* added as reply URL to the application with App ID: e48d4214-364e-4731-b2b6-47dabf529218.
