Dear Support,

Whenever I do Teams meeting the no of videos of participants sometimes for a certain seconds increases or decreases and for some guests it shows less number of partcipants videos, its a random beahviour . Also some guests say they are only seeing video of on one partcipant on entire full screen. With guest I mean Participants contacting via gmail/hotmail etc. We set meeting with mix participants both Internal and Guests. I thought It could be due to Teams version so I updated the version for users with older version. That however did resolve the issue for only few guests but for some It still showed less no of guests, like for example for some guests It would show 4 no of video among all participants and for rest It would show videos of all particpants. So why are no of videos of participants changing? Also Why some participants are complaining that they are only hvaing one person's video infront of them?

    @Seema Kanwal Gurmani ,

    Does this issue only exist on guests?

    "Whenever I do Teams meeting the no of videos of participants sometimes for certain seconds increases or decreases and for some guests it shows less number of participants videos, it’s a random behavior."

    According to your description, it seems that the network is not stable for guest.

    The following table describes how Teams use bandwidth. You could check if the guests’ bandwidth is enough.
