Android OS, files not seen from work profile

Question

Hi,

we are testing Intune in our company. I have a Samsung S10+ phone and Intune configured on it. And from work profile i want to attach a photo in Outlook app to reply to a user. But there are no photos available to select, whether i selected the camera of file explorer. Our policy is pretty loose so i don't see a reason for this to happen.

Hi,

solution found and it was implemented all the time, just did not find it.
the other thing is, now I don't have a file explorer inside the work profile yet to really store it somewhere on the mobile device, but I can select business OneDrive.

@Tonito Dux , Research and find an article mention that we can approve and assign a File Explorer application from managed Google Play store to your device to see if attaching photos to applications like outlook can work.
