Network Authentication and identifying loop problem on Window 7

I am using Window 7 Home Premium, When I use my laptop and  try to connect to the wireless network at my workplace, It pop up the screen call network authentication and ask me to put the user name and password (I am log in my laptop as administration) before typing the security code. Even When I manually add the profile of the network, I be able to connect to the network, but it just keep stay at identifying loop and I can't go online. Have anyone had the solution for these problems,?Thank you very much
