Force enable Game DVR

I have read through all articles detailing that Game DVR isn't working even though my video card is part of the supported list.  In the meantime until it gets fixed, is there a way to FORCE enable recording of clips with Game DVR.  Realistically, this option should be up to the user, not the software, albeit with a warning message.  LIMITATIONS!

...You're an idiot.  I'm not going to be neutral on this or polite.  You SERIOUSLY need to understand what is going on, and really look at the issue.  You clearly ignored me, treated me inadequately, and you're still repulsively ignorant.

I'll say this now for everyone that finds there way here.

    1. Don't use Game DVR.  It's ****.  Every other product works way better, with more flexibility and control than this piece of **** software.
    2. Don't use Microsoft Community Support.  The team is ignorant, unresponsive, and retarded.  I mean that in the most polite way possible.
    3. Windows 10 is a stable OS, but it's slowly turning into bloatware.  ONLY use third party software, and remove ANY pre-installed applications that come with Windows 10.  There are SIGNIFICANTLY better software out there, and most are free.

    Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I would suggest you to install the video adapter in compatibility mode.

    a. Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.

    b. Place a check in the **Run this program in compatibility mode for:**box.

    c. Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.

    d. Try installing the driver and check.

You may refer to: **Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows** (information holds good for Windows 10 as well)

Hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reply in case you face any other issues with Windows in future.

I have tried installing the video driver in compatibility mode, but the same issue still exists.  Is there a way to force enable Game DVR, such as editing a registry value, a config file value, etc.

For the developers of Windows 10, allow the user to enable regardless, but if it isn't a part of the compatible list, still allow the user to try and see if it works with a warning that it may not work.
