Realtek Lan Error Code 10, new Bios update

Hi Guys,

so I have this problem whereby I can't use my LAN on my PC, it started after I installed a new BIOS chip with the latest update included.

I am receiving the Error Code 10 for the Realtek LAN "The Device Cannot Start", I have tried installing almost every Realtek driver that is compatible with both the ethernet controller and the family controller (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller).

None of the drivers are able to install on my PC, windows keeps saying they aren't successful; is there anything I can do?

Many Thanks,

Luke
