BCP47langs.dll error status 0xc0000020, it happen when I sign in to windows, which gives a explorer bad image report,  or when I opened device manager, which will generate control.exe bad image.

When I tried to unregister and re-register again, it says bcp47langs.dll not compatible.

Any idea how to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Thank you for trying out the troubleshooting steps.

Are you getting any error message while computer crashes?

Have you installed any software or installed any driver after performing System Reset?

I suggest you to disable antivirus application and see if the issue persists.

    Refer to the article below:

Temporarily disable the security software/firewall and check if you are able to print

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Disable-antivirus-software

Though the article is for Windows 7 but you may perform the same steps in Windows 8.1

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Hope this helps, get back to us if you need further assistance with Windows.

So I did a reset of windows, as I refresh to refresh the system and it doesn't work, nor did system restore to earlier point works as well. As prior to this, the only changes is that I updated my nvidia drivers, updated to AVG antivirus 2015, and perform the windows update as well. It first appeared right after I did my windows update when I boot up.

Now after the windows reset, the issue has gone, but now it hang and crash rather frequently, without any specific reason.
