Could you share full screenshot if possible. Just want to check what are you opening and where exactly that mark is visible

In general, that's a warning sign but not sure what it is indicating in the screenshot. I checked my pipelines and I see green ticks as shown in screenshot in the document - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/concepts-data-flow-monitoring

I heard back from the Product Group , anonymous user .

These status icons should correspond to the status of the sink stage of the dataflow.
For a more exact answer, the engineers need to see the output json for the dataflow activity that has this issue .
