With regard to your MSE problem on one of your machines:

for example posted a possible solution 12 days ago or so. Many users replied and said that this solution does not work. Since then we have not heard anything back from Microsoft.

I still suggest to roll back to Win 7, then uninstall MSE and then to do the upgrade to Win 10 again.
