- If you are using desktop computer what is the make and model of the computer?
Please follow the below methods and check if it helps.
Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try using the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the problem. It checks for common issues
and makes sure that any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly. Follow the steps given below:
- Press Windows Key + W Keytogether.
- Write Troubleshootingin the search box right up corner and hit enter.
- Click on Troubleshootingtab.
- Click on view alloption on the upper left corner.
- Select the Hardware and Deviceoptions from the list.
- Click Nextto run the Hardware and DeviceTroubleshooter.
Method 2: Try to uninstall the Keyboard Drivers and check if it helps.
- Press Windows+X and Select Device Manager.
- Expand Keyboard and right click on the Driver and uninstall.
- Restart the Computer and Driver will be reinstalled automatically.
