Identifying - No internet access - HELP

I have read the others forums but have had no solution.

I have recently bought a second hand pc for cheap, and the internet works through a usb wireless adapter, the wifi works at my fathers house and have had no problems with that, but i brought the pc to my mothers house and it doesn't work.

It can detect the router and connect to the router but it just says "identifying unknown network - no internet access". I have re-installed my wireless adapter drivers multiple times, restarted the router multiple times, bought a different wireless adapter and have tried combining the restarting and the re-installing but to no avail.

I am fed up of searching as nobody seems to have my problem.

Thanks for any help

Hi, i've tried both, the problem is still the same, the pc seems to connect to the internet without the warning symbol but rarely - but still cant load webpages or do anything internet related.
