Windows 8.1 Net Framework Error

A while ago my computer with Windows 8.1 was stuck in a black screen of death loop, then I tried to refresh the PC using the Windows CD from BIOS. It worked fine, the computer is not having black screen of death errors anymore, however, many files are missing. So I had to install some core files (Visual c++, net framework). Weird thing is, in control panel list, there is no Microsoft Net Framework at all, but when I try to install it, it says

1.Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is already a part of this operating system.  You do not need to install the .NET Framework 4.5      redistributable

  1. Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4.5 has already been installed on this computer.

I tried to erase it with CCleaner and Microsoft Net Framework Repair Tool but nothing could be fixed. Anyone can help? Thanks a bunch!

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

I suggest you to check the .Netframe work from Windows Features:

    Try the following steps:

    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run command
    • Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
    • Select Turn Windows feature On or OFF
    • Make sure to check all the .NetFrame work
    • Click Apply and OK
    • Restart your computer.

    Hope this helps.
