Cannot access Watchlist 2

Split from this thread.

I cannot access my Watchlist 2  which I created. I click on Watchlist and no drop down menu appears to access my Watchlist 2 list. I use to be able to access Watchlist 2 but not now and I have stocks on there I need to see.

I understand your concern and will assist you in troubleshooting the issue. I would require some more information in order to assist you better. I would appreciate if you could provide me the following information:

  1. Is the issue specific to a particular browser?
  2. Are you facing this issue for the first time and if yes, then do you remember making any changes to your browser settings prior to the issue?
  3. Is the issue specific to any device or it happens with other devices also?

Kindly provide the browser version and make and model of your device. I would also suggest you to try with different browsers if you have not and check the behavior.

If the issue is specific to Internet Explorer, then I suggest you to go through the below mentioned link and perform clearing cache/ disabling add-ons and check if that helps. If the issue still persists, then try resetting Internet Explorer.
