windows store error "there was a problem completing your request try again later"

Original Title: windows store

Every time I try to get on or try to update some thing it wont load and it just says

"there was a problem completing your request try again later"

what do I do is there something I can do?

    hi every time I try to go into the windows store it just says cannot connect try again later ive tried loads of ime ive only got into the store 1 r 2 since I got it and im getting fead up now can you please help

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you are facing problem with Microsoft Store App.

    Before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps, help me with the following questions.

    1. Is the issue specific with Windows Store or with other applications as well?
    2. Have you made any recent hardware or software changes to the computer prior to this issue?
    3. Do you receive any display or error message?
    4. Are you using any proxy connection to connect to Internet?

    Note : Basic information on Apps

    1. UAC (User Account Control) must be enabled.
    2. To access the Windows Store and to download and run apps, you need an active Internet connection and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768.
    3. To snap apps, you need a screen resolution of at least 1366 x 768.
    4. Make sure video card driver is updated.
    5. Make sure that Date and Time in your device is correct and up-to date.

    Method 1: Try clearing the Store Cache:

    1. Press the Windows key + R keys.
    2. In the Run window, type WSReset.exe and click “Ok”.

     If the issue still persists, try method 2.

    Method 2: Disable proxy connection if you are using any Proxy connection to connect to Internet.

    Follow the steps given below to disable proxy:

    a. Click the Gear box at the top right corner in Internet Explorer.

    b. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

    c. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.

    d. Uncheck the option “Use a Proxy Server for your LAN”.

    e. Click Apply and Ok to save changes.

    If the issue still persists, try method 3.

    Method 3:

    Try the following to make sure that the date and time are correct on the computer.

    a) Check the setting for Date/Time by choosing the Desktop tile and then left click on the date/time in the corner.

    b) Click on change date and time settings. And then verify the time zone is correct as well as the internet time tab has the option to Synchronize with Internet time server.        

    If the issue still persists, try the next method.

    Method 4: Reset Windows Store cache

    1. Press Windows key + R
    2. Type wsreset.exe.
    3. Press Enter.
