I have downloaded a few programs recently.  They download fine, but when I clicked on the exe file to open it I get the following error message:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\891QPYOE\GetPassword.exe

Unspecified Error

Username in error message above has my last name where it show now just shows you "username" above.

The numbers and letters following IE\  change each time I’ve tried to poen the program.   Obviously a password retrieval program, but I’ve had same problem with other … not all by any means .. programs.

I have Windows 7 32 Bit

If I was you, I'd scan my System for Malware.:

Download, install, update and scan your System with the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware and if necessary do this in Safe Mode with Networking:
