Windows XP Pro - BSVCProcessor.exe Crashes

Split from this thread.

Yes, I'm getting this with XP Pro. It started happening only about a week ago and we suspect it may be Skype related. Deleting bsvcprocessor.exe doesn't help because something recreates it and it crashes again and again.  We were prompted to send an error report which we did (i have a copy of the dump), but maybe becuase it's XP we wont get a response.

    Hi,

    Upload a copy of the dump file to your OneDrive account and post a link back

    Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Skype?

    Follow the steps in this Wiki "Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)".  There are links to diagnostic utilities included in the article.

    Thanks. I'm still waiting to get access to the problem PC. I did however delete and re-install Skype with no positive effect.  Diagnostics supplied hopefully next week.

    For details on that,open event viewer,locate the time of the event with the pc,

    open the properties to it,chk its data.
