Azure Purview on-premises scan

Hi, I have a problem with on-premises scan using Azure Purview. I have installed self hosted integration runtime (and Purview is able to list all object from configured database) but face a problem when trying to scan configured database.
Error description:

Is it failing every time you try to scan On-premises instance ? Have you tried scanning any other on-prem instance ?

@Jakub Miasik Where did you get this error? Can you provide a Purview scan id? Also,

Can you please make sure you are running the latest Integration Runtime on your machine.

Also, please check and share the SQL server collation settings ?

Also, can you send the SHIR logs by going to SHIR Machine | Launch | Diagnostics | Send Logs to Microsoft – copy the ReportID (similar to ADF). Please share the ReportID to over here so that we can investigate it further.

We have looked into your logs and it looks like issue with Format and it needs deeper investigation on how the SQL instance is constructed in your environment, may need few more logs from your environment.
