Apologies for the delay in response.
Check to see if Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter helps.
- Open Control Panel.
- Search for "Troubleshooting" from the search box.
- Click View all on the left. Select Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter.
- Follow the wizard.
If this does not help, please delete browser cache.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools and then Internet Options.
- Click “Delete” under “Browsing History”.
- Check all the options and click “Delete”. Click OK.
