Windows 7 pro unexpected shutdown help

I have ready many post about my problem, but I need help to point me in the right direction. I am unable to read my minidump file. I've had more than one occurrence of this over the past couple of weeks.  I have not installed any programs (that I can remember).  I saved two error messages, here they are:

Problem signature:

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48

Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

I was going to attach the minidump files, but I can't access them to be zipped, nor can I access them to read in order to copy/paste.
