Does anyone else could start recording in the same computer?
It seems more related to computer itself.
Above all, make sure the Skype for Business client is the latest version.
Then, clear the client cache as below:
- Right click the Windows icon and open the Run bar
- Type in: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\1x.0\Lync\ folder
- Delete the sip profile folder.
- Go into the Tracing folder, delete all files.
Check whether the computer has any updates or not.
Meanwhile, check if there is any related error message in Lyc server event viewer in Skype for Business front end server.
