No memory dump file(Small OR Kernel) being created after crash.

My computer which I have had since late-2008 has never produced a dump file for me after a BSOD.

My Startup and recovery settings are correct.  They are:

Yes for "write an event..."

No for automatically restart.

Write a small memory dump.

To this directory: %SystemRoot%\Minidump

And overwrite any existing file.

I also tried selecting 'Kernel memory dump' with no MEMORY.DMP file being created after a crash.

My paging file is large enough.

Enough space on hard drive.

Paging file is on same drive as minidump location.

When a BSOD screen is shown, 'Physical memory dump complete' is shown towards bottom.

Installed BIOS is latest version according to manufacturer's website.

Ran memtest. 8 passes. No errors.

Very little about the crashes but there is something that may be relevant.  You have 198 Errors regarding BIOS

I would check on BIOS updates and, because it involves memory, run Memtest.  Memory issues are often the cause of the ablility to write DMP files

**2-Memtest. (**You can read more about running memtest here)

Is the HD an SSD?  If so have you updated the firmware?

My HD is not an SSD.

Is Windows error reporting set to manual?

    It was set to manual.

Are you running an app like ccleaner?

Installed. But have not run in years.

Is UAC running and not set to never notify?

Is running. Is set to notify.

Is the page file set to system managed?

    Yes.

Have you checked for a file called MEMORY.DMP located in c:\windows?

    Yes. Not there.

Are the DMPS listed in event viewer?  If so please upload the event viewer logs

Am not sure what DMPS is. Have uploaded event viewer logs.

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

Press the Win key + "R" and type eventvwr>enter

    Expand Custom Views

    Click Administrative Events

    Right click Administrative Events

Save all Events in Custom View As...

Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx

Go to where you saved Errors.evtx

Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder

Upload the .zip file to Onedrive or a file sharing service and put a link to it in your next post

**If you have updated to win 8.1 and you get the error message "**the system cannot find the file specified" it is a known problem.  The work around is to edit the registry.  If you are not comfortable doing this DONT.  If you are, backup the key before you do

    Press Win+"R" and input regedit

    Navigate to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Channels.Delete "Microsoft-Windows-DxpTaskRingtone/Analytic"
