Powershell on Windows 8.1

Question

I am attempting to use the Powershell command wbadmin to create a system image and cannot seem to locate 2 pieces of information

1.  Can a folder on drive be excluded from the created image? and if so how?
2.  Can the image be created in a specific folder of a USB hard drive? 

The command I am using is

"wbadmin start backup -backuptarget:X: -include:C:-allcritical -quiet"
