Microsoft Teams error code c00ce584...unable to sign-in to Teams

When I open Microsoft Teams and sign in, it does not complete the process and instead says "We're sorry--we've run into an issue." It invites me to "Restart" and "If that doesn't work, try signing out and back in." Unfortunately, none of it works. This came out of the blue on Monday.

The error code given is c00ce584.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

    @Rick L-V ,

    What changes do you do before this issue happened?

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    You could troubleshoot this issue from the following several methods:

    1. Check if the date and time zone are set correctly.
    2. Check if TCP 443 and UDP 3478-3481 ports are opened in your firewall.
    3. [Perform a clean boot][2] to exclude the conflict with other applications.
    4. Make sure your Teams client is the latest version.

    If many people experience the same issue, please contact IT admin to check if there is any error message of Microsoft Teams health status in Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health.
