Blue screen problems

Anonymous
2014-11-07T11:36:41+00:00

I am having repeated bluescreen problems and have run diagnostics etc but not identified anything.

Having looked at the .dmp file the files at fault are as follows:

csc.sys    csc.sys+7a6f9    fffff88003ce7000    fffff88003d6a000    0x00083000    0x4ce79470    20/11/2010 09:27:12

          ntoskrnl.exe    ntoskrnl.exe+e8752    fffff80002c4b000    fffff80003230000    0x005e5000    0x531590fb    04/03/2014 08:38:19    Microsoft® Windows® Operating System    NT Kernel & System    6.1.7601.18409 (win7sp1_gdr.140303-2144)    Microsoft Corporation    C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

  hal.dll        fffff80002c02000    fffff80002c4b000    0x00049000    0x4ce7c669    20/11/2010 13:00:25

I have already reinstalled drivers for the screen etc and have not made any software/hardware changes in recent weeks.

Any clues would be gratefully received

Many Thanks

To be able to troubleshoot what might be causing your system to crash, we need the dump files. In an ideal situation, more than one file would be needed to establish a pattern so if you do have more than one, please upload them.

Please refer to the link below for steps to retrieve, zip and upload them to the file sharing site like onedrive, google's "dropbox, etc.

When you are done, make the folder public and share the link here.
