    Hi Chheangkry,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.

It appears that your administrator password is unable to validate in Windows server.

Let's try the steps below and check.

Step 1: Reset your Microsoft Account password and try to login back to your Windows 8.1 computer.

Refer to the links for more information on how to reset your Microsoft Account password.

    https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows-live/sign-in-cant

**Step 2:**Try to disable default administrator account.

    a. Press “**Windows Key + Q”**to open Charms Bar.

    b. Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.

    c. Right click on the “command prompt” option and select “Run as Administrator”.

Type the following command and hit enter:

    net user administrator /active:no

Restart the computer and check the issue.

Hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reply in case you face any other issues with Windows in future.

    Thank you.

    Hi Chheangkry,

Thank you for keeping us updated.

    1. Do you receive any error message when you try to delete the file?
    2. What is the location of the file that you are trying to delete?

You may run Microsoft Safety Scanner and check.

The Microsoft Safety Scanner is a free downloadable security tool that provides on-demand scanning and helps remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software.

    **Microsoft Safety Scanner**

**Note:**The Microsoft Safety Scanner expires 10 days after being downloaded. To rerun a scan with the latest anti-malware definitions, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

**Note:**Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

Hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reply in case you face any other issues with Windows in future.

    Thank you.
