I am aware of how you can change how certain things are displayed in Windows 10 relating to time, date, and currency. I previously found out how to change my system date format (MM/DD/YYYY) through the control panel. While there are goofy things included in there, such as the ability to put A.D. at the end of the date, I was slightly disappointed to figure out that there is no option to make it so that months are displayed as Roman Numerals. Is it possible to change Windows 10 to do this somehow, possibly through the registry editor?

No. The options you have for regional settings controls how the short and long times are formatted in terms of hours, minutes, seconds. It doesn't allow you to change how numbers within the hours, minutes or seconds are formatted which is what you'd need to be able to do in order to change to using roman numerals.

I'm not really even sure how you'd display 12:34:56 in roman numerals especially since 0 isn't representable in roman numerals. It starts at 1 so midnight wouldn't be representable.

Unfortunately, there is not a possibility that display months as a Roman Numeral in Windows 10 now.
We can only configure the options which system give us in control panel, if system doesn’t give us the Roman Numeral, we doesn’t have chance to make it. Maybe in future there is a way to achieve, but now it is impossible.

This is due perhaps to the sorting algorithms. In any way the absence of this feature, also in file and folder properties say, in Explorer, is quite insulting for others who use national systems of dating
