Windows 10 Preview - Hardware Virtualization

I have a Intel Core i7 860 processor which supports  hardware virtualization as does my motherboard (at least I have the option to enable the function in the BIOS) and yet I am repeatedly receiving virtualization is not supported error messages.  I am trying to run the Windows 10 preview in either Hyper V or VirtualBox which I had previously been able to run but now I am unable to. I cannot understand how it is possible I do not have the option for hardware virtualization as it appears both my processor and motherboard are able to support.  However, even the Intel Processor Identification Utility application is telling me virtualization is not supported.  Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Tried re-posting to the dedicated Windows 10 forum on this site? Find it under Windows Insider in Categories...

Just so everyone knows yes virtualization is enabled in the BIOS because as I thought I had mentioned I have previously run Windows 10 preview.  So I am more curious as to anyone has seen issues where they are being told their processor does not support virtualization using various utility applications but in my case the Intel website states my processor does.  I am just wondering what could be causing this.

Have you turned virtualization on in the BIOS?
