Do we have any sample dataset/use case available for recommending discount coupons/offers to customers based on their like/dislike of products, on their past purchases or based on the history of discount coupons used?

    For this scenario to provide recommendations based on datasets we would recommend to use Azure Personalizer along with Azure Open Datasets which has open datasets for consumer behaviour.

    This quickstart along with a sample should help you to get started with Personalizer.
