Adding a Header to a Folder

I have added a "client id" header in one of my folders, but cannot figure out how to add a client id to any of the sub folders.

EX:

I have a folder called "2013 Clients"

Inside this folder, I have folders named:

Client 000

Client 111

Client 222

Beyond seeing their names I would like to add a "client ID" to each individual sub folder , so I added a Header, however I am unable to find how to assign the folders a "client id".

Any ideas?
