BSOD issue: HDD encryption possibly causing this?

Recently we rolled out several HP Z book 15 laptops for business purposes.  They were looking to add an additional layer of security to the physical devices.  HP's come with "HP Client Security" which will encrypt the drives and require a password before booting to the OS, or possibly writes to the OS, during this process.  Unfortunately, getting any support from HP, even with the services contract has been next to impossible, and they have not been able to fully describe the loading process for the client security package.  Three machines, running Windows 8, have had boot loading issues.  Two have returned the error code 0xcooooood and one with 0xcoooooof:  has anyone used this HP software and experienced these issues?  After using the recovery key for HP client security, the BSOD and error code is displayed.  There is some debate over whether it is the encryption or possibly a corrupt image.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, having machines with down time simply can't be a recurring issue.

The process:

Power on

HP Client security promts with users (windows credentials/cached)

OS loads to initial logon screen

Credentials entered second time and access to the device is given

Is there is a boot sequence issue causing these errors, and could the encryption be causing these failures?

Hi

Probably Both are causing the issue

One is boot sequence and other is that Hp Soft.As You asked is anyone having same issue

After Seeing this issue is known and not for only Hp .

I would suggest you to go to BIOS and press f9 to set Default and Run OS recovery if OS was Preloded

After Windows 8 Reset/Fully install Complete.. instead of Running HP security package Run Bit locker which is default by Microsoft embedded with Windows,Also it gives You HDD encryption and more security
