Hello,

after the upgrade, yesterday, from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit I have a problem.

Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331).

I cannot create a new message.

I cannot reply to a message.

I cannot forward a message.

I have no problem with reading.

The error:

A problem has occurred while trying to open this message.

A problem has occurred. Please try again.

Repair the Windows Live Mail 2012 version and open as a administrator don't resolve the problem.

Any idea?

Thanks.

Alexandros

This did not solve the problem. After following the advice, when I try to delete email messages I still get "An unknown error has occurred" and I cannot delete the message.

Repairing did absolutely nothing to fix the problem.  If I uninstall it and then re-install will I lose everything in it or will the files still be kept on my computer?
