At the end you'll find a command called bootrec /scanos
Try that. It should find all the Windows installations on your PC.

I have been dual-booting Windows 8.1 and linux (UEFI-native installation) without a problem for some time now. However, now I'd like to restore the system to factory settings. I have "reset" windows for a clean install but, unfortunately, it did not restore the default Windows bootloader.
The bootloader from the linux install (grub2 possibly) still appears on every boot. I have tried booting to a command prompt and issuing the following commands:
bootrec /fixMBR
bootrec /fixBoot
bootrec /rebuildBCD
But they do not seem to solve the issue. After the rebuildbcd, it said it found 0 Windows installations. Nevertheless, on every boot I am still presented with a menu and have to manually select Windows, even after deleting the linux partitions. I have also tried selecting the option of troubleshooting the way Windows starts but it was unsuccessful.
How do I simply restore the default Windows 8 bootloader and get out of this mess?
