I understand that you are unable to connect Seagate HDD wirelessly with Windows 8.1 and I appreciate the effort made towards trying to resolve the issue. I will be happy to answer your query. However, let me ask you;
- Do you remember making any specific change in the computer prior to the issue?
- I understand that you are getting the error code, what is the complete error message wit the code?
- Have you tried connecting any other HDD (if available)?
- Are you able to connect the HDD through USB?
- When was the last time it connected fine?
- What all troubleshooting steps have you tried?
