How do I get rid of a Hotmail account that was already deleted?

Hello, I had an old Hotmail account I recently got rid of but my laptop keeps prompting me to log into the account and I cant remember my security questions. The account was bound to my laptop and is listed as administrator but I cant seem to find and delete it. I already backed up the files associated with the account but I need help getting rid of it on my laptop.

Please try the following method to remove your Microsoft account:

Sign in with a local administrator account:
Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10

Then remove your Microsoft account
Add or remove accounts on your PC
