This issue might be occurred due to incorrect setting of program and feature.
I suggest you to follow some steps to fix issue.
- Go to Control Panel then click on program and feature.
- Here you will see name of program column so here you need to right click on Name column then you will get one popup window in that you need to check box installed on
So that you will get the date in which you installed that program.
Also I would suggest you to check those entries with another user account.
Try these steps and check whether the issue persist.
