i solved the damn problem , update driver graphic card but i don't like WDDM 1.0 , i want driver made from intel , i want intel control panel turn back !!!!!

my GPU is very low ( intel GMA 950 ) , and I can not surf the web with flash because browser stops working ( IE 11 and google chrome )
I have tried removing the update and try to edit the registry, but no progress
