Brother printer properties

Question

Every month I receive a discount coupon from a store which I print to my wireless networked Brother MFC printer. If I print the coupon from my laptop to the printer the coupon is spread over 2 pages and is incomplete. If I print it from my other laptop on the network I can print it to one page and it is complete and legible. Both latops are running 8.1. I have changed properties in the problem laptop printer but it still prints the same.

Possibly, you need to un/re-install it on the computer where it fails. But read through the FAQs.

Thats just it. There are no properties available to change. And besides, it prints fine from the same email on my other laptop

It's a 'page size and fit to page' issue most likely.. Check that the coupon settings are set for the size that you want to print..

They don't even list my model MFC-7860dw in their FAQ's. Terrible web site and service and besides,printer prints fine from the other laptop. I think its a windows 8.1 issue

I love my Brother MFC-L2740DW. But I have no experience printing coupons. But see what you can find here for your own model...
