something went wrong when i put my flash memory with word file inside , the system begin to make shortcut of it that located in the cmd as it said ! 

btw, after that avira stopped working , and when i try to install it again or any other program always gives me this error.

well, thanks for ur efforts. 

i've done all what you said and nothing just happened till i repeated it more than once . avira works again for a while but it stopped again and when i try to launch it again or even Malwarebytes Anti-Malware it couldn't launch and when i restart my laptop it gives me this error massage
