Suspicious Process

I was stopping a process when i noticed that some processes were running, but not under an application such as csrss.exe. If i try to end process , It says access is denied. Also I cannot view the suspicious process's properties. are the .exes malaware, spyware, viruses, etc? note I have the free versions of Spy bot Search and destroy 2 plus Bitdefender free.
