I understand that you have issues enabling bidirectional support in the Lexmark printer. We will certainly help you with the same.
Actually, the drivers for the printer you have is only for Windows XP and Windows Vista. So, you may try to install the drivers in compatibility mode and see if that helps.
First download the drivers for Windows Vista 32 Bit or 64-bit according to the Operating System, from the link below:
- Right click on the setup file.
- Go to properties.
- Click on Compatibility mode.
- Place a check mark the box in the box in front of “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and from the drop down menu choose Windows Vista SP2 or Windows xp.
- Place a check mark on "Run as an Administrator" under privileges level and click on Apply and then Ok.
- Now double click on the setup file to initiate the install.
