I know that this was posted lot of times, but I couldn't find a solution.

I installed Windows 8 and then the notification keeps annoying me before I know about disabling the notification, I restarted after the notification forced me to do it. It ran successfully until the next day after the update to 8.1, it ran well for about 10-30 minutes until the Internet lagged and stopped itself, causing a blue screen of death. It does the same after restarting itself only about 5 minutes it ran well and then blue screen itself.

I used the advanced boot options turning off power when booting up and turned on again which led me to the advanced boot screen. Command Prompt runs well but I could access limited programs since its different and the Start-up repairs couldn't find any problems.

I used safe mode (without networking) but it never loads or loads too long and I have the Atheros installer as well in my USB but not sure. And I can't retrieve the dump file as well because I tried safe mode and never loaded drivers and all files for that and normal mode goes BSOD whenever I try to boot up (if you think it's important)

Have you checked your OEM's web site for any Windows 8.1 driver for the Atheros Network Adapter, that's if you have that Network Adapter in the first place?

This is only posted as a last resort option.

Most new machines come with a recovery partition allowing you to go back to the time of purchase, you will have to check your user guides (or the manufacturer's Web Site) for instructions.  Choosing that path requires you to save all valuable data first.  Unfortunately upgrading to Windows 8.1 may lose such Recovery Partition.

These options are built-in to Windows 8 also.

Try contacting your OEM for the Windows 8 Recovery Media.  For a small charge they should be able to supply you with a copy on DVD or USB.  This will allow you to reinstall Windows 8 to factory settings as of day one.
